Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy for all services.

1. General

All payments made for subscription-based services (Starter and Growth Plans) are non-refundable once the project begins.

2. Consultancy Services

2.1 Consultancy fees are due as agreed.

2.2 The Provider may issue a partial refund of 30% of the agreed price if the Client terminates before the first session or within the initial consultation period.

2.3 After the first session is held, no refund will be issued.

3. Payment Disputes

Any billing concerns must be raised in writing to billing@techfourhundred.com within 7 days of payment.
